RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

We're dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with your soap bar purchase from The Sol Body. While we don't accept returns for soap bars, we offer alternatives to make things right.

Eligibility for Refunds or Store Credit

Although we don't offer returns for soap bars, we provide two options:

Refund: If your soap bars are damaged upon arrival or you're dissatisfied with the quality, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
Store Credit: Alternatively, if you're not pleased with your purchase, we offer store credit that can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Initiating Refunds or Store Credit

To initiate a refund or store credit, please follow these steps:

Share your order number and provide specific details about the issue.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund and credit the funds to your original payment method within 7-10 days.

Store Credit

For store credit, once your request is approved, you will receive a unique code via email. This code can be applied during checkout for future purchases on our website.

In the event that you receive damaged or defective soap bars, please notify us immediately at support@thesolbody.comwith accompanying photographs of the issue and packaging. We'll work promptly to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
